Our team of certified interpreters, appointed by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Slovenia, provides certified translations for most language combinations. Such official translations bear the highest degree of legal validity and may be used in administrative and judicial proceedings before governmental authorities, both at home and abroad.
The process begins by submitting a scan or high-quality photograph of the original document. You can use a scanner or mobile device to create this electronic copy, and transmit it to us via email, online form, or messaging apps on your mobile device. Please specify the target language for translation in your accompanying message.
We will provide you with a quote, inform you of the following steps and answer any other questions you may have.
Upon completion, the translation must be physically boundto the original whereupon it was made. A certified translation is comprised of the original document, the translation, and a signed statement of the court interpreter, securely bound with a national cord and affixed with the seal of the court interpreter. To facilitate binding, we kindly invite you to arrange a collection time with our team and deliver the original document to our office. Alternatively, you can send the document to our office by post, and we will return it to you by registered post.
Modern business sometimes requires an electronic version of a court-certified translation. Many registries, universities, government agencies, online stores, and others require you to submit documents online. In this case, the above process is supplemented with one final step—creating an optical copy of the court-certified translation. We scan the document, along with the translation and the certification statement, and send it to you via email. Based on your instructions, we can either destroy the physical document or send it to you by mail.
